FloatLED v1.01 is a hard-drive LED simulator. It flashes green for a file read and red for a file write, gives some feedback on what your system is doing.
Unless It is infected by malware it is a very handy process to have and has the obvious virtue of having a small visual indicator when it is running.
As my MD5 hash matches yours, I will leave it installed.
