This file is most likely a key logger. SnoopFree Privacy Shield said that it was trying to hook my keyboard. My game account for Atlantica Online was hacked several times and I think this program was what was letting them see my key strokes as they got me after I changed my password.

lol, my Atlantica account has been hacked too. I was trying to know if this msdio.exe was the keylogger or not...
