If you getting Error: Exception e access violation in module kplalk.dll at 000022B0 in Internet Explorer, Try the following Steps.
kplalk is a Trojan virus.
1. Boot the computer to safe mode with Networking.
2. Check internet Explorer. Internet usually working here. If Interne Explorer does not work in safe mode with networking then use Mozila Firefox.
3. Download Super Anti-spyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/
4. Save the file to the desktop. Don't run it in safe mode. It does not install.
5. Restart the computer to normal mode.
6. Double click on the setup icon on the desktop and install it.
7. Select scan for harmful software and run a complete scan.
This should fix the problem and the internet explorer should now work in normal mode also.
