I was running today for the first time software named RunAnalyzer and company name is Safer Networking. It revealed everything that was connected to each systemfile. This file ksecpkg.sys is actually filled up with nasty forbidden webdomains It is sort of gate-keeper preventing us searching for something that you should not search in www-surroundings.
