This software is related to a USB video adapter that allows user to display accross multiple monitors. The vendor is http://www.trittontechnologies.com/

I agree with Bvis. The 'MCTC' part of the file name seems to be short for Magic Control Technology Corporation. This file got installed at the same time as mxvgautil.exe which is also by the same company

I concur with Bvis and John, as I just installed the Tritton See2 driver. It would be good to get these files with correct information in them. Be responsible for your code!

I concur with the three previous postings. I verified this by adding the date created to the columns in Windows Explorer and sorting by date created. That file has the exact same time/date created as other programs installed for the USB<>VGA adaper.

However the software developer morons should've put more information in the various fields available to them. it only takes 20 or 30 seconds. I do this myself in my programs I create.

And while they're at it they should've purchased a code signing certificate to digitally sign their executables. It's only a few hundred dollars per year.
