I received a pop-up window which says:

pccntmon.exe ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND
The procedure entry point ?_tmGetDateTimeString@@YAXBUtm@@PAGHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic linklibrary TimeSTring.dll

Please help explain why and how I can rectify this. Thanks
