The following is quoted from Sukoku Search terms and conditions:

"Sukoku Desktop Search turns your browser address bar (the place where you generally type in web site addresses) into an Internet search box. Installation of Sukoku Desktop overrides most pre-existing, error resolution applications (like Google Desktop or Yahoo Toolbar), so that when you input search terms or un-resolvable web site addresses, or keywords, you will be provided with responsive, sponsored and un-sponsored Internet search results via the Sukoku Search service or you may be directly navigated to a brand owner's site via one of our third party partners."

I've seen the following Sukoku related filenames: sukoku.exe, sukoku.dll, sukoku112.exe, sukoku113.exe, sukoku114.exe and sukoku115.exe.

I assume that it will continue to increase the file version number, so we will probably see sukoku116.exe, sukoku117.exe, sukoku118.exe, sukoku119.exe, sukoku120.exe, sukoku121.exe, sukoku122.exe, sukoku123.exe, sukoku124.exe, etc.

Do you have any of these sukoku file on your computer? Do you know how they were installed?

@Lucia: According to the docs over at the sokoku web site, there should be a Sukoku entry in the "Add/Remove Programs" dialog available from the Windows Control Panel.

If that did not work you could delete it with my FreeFixer tool:
