virus can makes you network cannot connnect with internet and also some use in LAN such as Email.
can be find in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\
meanwhile your can find several 00-99.exe files in system32
all these exe files(includes ddwin.exe) disguise its logo as style of google toolsbar
build several or more connections on your pc
it is easy to be stoped and to find at first but the longer you get it the more harmful to your PC because it will introduce more malwares to visit your pc
