ld15.exe looks like a variant of the Koobface worm. I've posted some info on it here:

Ran into ld15.exe again today. It installed after downloading a "Flash Player player upgrade". Installing this faked Flash upgrade results in four new files appearing on the system:

c:\windows\ld15.exe
C:\Program Files\captcha.dll
c:\windows\freddy73.exe
c:\WINDOWS\rdr_1258292024.exe

(ld15.exe tries to avoid detection by using the MSN icon.)

I ran ld15.exe through the virusscanners over at virustotal and only 5 out of the 40 scanners detected the ld15 file:

FreeFixer removed the malware files without any problem.
