After I installed the program (video converter) I started to have several copies of the file in the windows task manager. I tried to find the program in the control panel "remove programs" item, but did not find it there.I searched it, and deleted it from drive c, but it still shows in task manager, then I found another directory but when I try to delete it, it does not allow me to.

@John: Sorry to hear you are having problem uninstalling the video converter software. Since you see the file you want to delete in the Windows Task Manager, FreeFixer should be able to delete it. The file should appear under "Processes" in FreeFixer's scan result, where you can check it for removal.

Did that solve the problem?
