The other day my computer was also infected by netuza32.exe. It sits quietly in the startup folder. It also makes changes in the registry so that you cannot view hidden folders and files even after checking the "Show hidden folders/files". It has association with svchost.exe and hence removal is difficult. What I did is that I made changes in the Registry to view the hidden files and then killed the process. It gave me one minute before it shut down. I browsed to the startup folder and deleted it.
The entry of netuza32.exe can be found at msconfig->startup.

Hi all, I removed, Firefox, deleted the data in the temporary folder, reinstalled it back. The problem seams to be solved. Also: cmd -> regedit -> Find ('netuza'), removed registry keys.

Hi all again, the above workaround is not working :D,The netuza32 cannot be deleted because it is used by a system process. I downloaded the ProcessExplorer from Microsoft, found that my svchost.exe was using the netuza32.exe through "wuauclt.exe" or something like that, stopped that process. Run cmd:cd "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" then rm -f netuza32.exe, reboot. Work carefully!!! if you stop the svchost.exe it will shutdown the system in one minute. Hope this time it will work.

Just to add that, yes, my laptop too has been infected by netuza32. It makes svchost.exe attach itself to different programs, or parts of programs, & makes it take up 98% of CPU. It is indeed in the start-up folder, but presents itself - even in things like Windows Defender tools - as inactive & impossible to delete. After spending about a day trying every clean-up & fix I could think of, I began to suspect netuza32 & am very glad to have found confirmation here. And now I hope I'll be able to work a solution!
