GL211K8F.exe runs up my cup and it only runs when internet explorer starts can anyone help

it only comes when i run internet explore and after i delete it if internet explorer run again it come back that means i cant use i tunes or midea go i do a virus removal service for friens but this was the only one i cant get rid of there was one like this before but i killed it it made copies of it self and i deleted all at once
