This file claims to be for spybot search and destroy but it isn't. this file showed up for me on a computer that had never had spybot search and destroy on it.

Its location is also suspect, as a random number dll in the temp folder is never a good sign.

It seems to be trying to download files from a server that is no longer up. Most likely more viruses.

I would classify this as a virus, Still no idea how it ended up on my computer.
