I'm not sure how or by what program this installed with
I have unintalled it and everytime I log into my computer it wants to install, I found it under the program files but it will not delete it keeps says I do not have permssion and I am the excutor of the account. I have changed the file name and the exe to something else, when I log back into my computer it wants to install the program, even system restore does not get rid of it. if anyone knows how to get rid of this program please advise

I tried to delete the folder and got the same result, however after using task manager to End Process was able to delete it without any problems

I removed "InstallBrainService" through Add Remove Programs.
Then I ran a "All Files and Folders" search and found a prefetch file pertaining to this "InstallBrainService.exe" file in C:\Windows and deleted it.
Than I ran RegEdit to search for any thing pertaining to "InstallBrainService" and found several entries and removed them from the registry.
