Mine was in C:/Users/MyUser/AppData/Local/Temp
it was, no surprise called "Video Performer36413.exe"
Thanks so much. Removing that stopped the installer from coming up every time I logged in.

This file stopped my print spooler working and I couldn't print. It also stopped me opening some programs and on a few ocasions windows wouldn't open. Once I stopped it in task manager everything went back to normal.

en realidad no estoy seguro de donde salio (ibsvc.exe). es probable que venga en algun paquete de instalacion de windows update. bueno, no se. lo que si se es que para quitarse ese error de encima que sale cada vez que enciendes el pc es con un programa parecido al ccleaner, es un limpiador muy facil y ligero de usar, no pesa nada, lo pueden descargar por este link: http://glary-utilities.softonic.com/descargar. es gratis y facil de instalar y desinstalar.
despues de haberlo instalado lo abren, click en modulos, click en limpiar y reparar, luego click en administrador de desinstalacion. alli encontraras todos los programas instalados, aun los que no se muestran por panel de control. buscan el mismo icono de ibsvc.exe lo desinstalan y listo, el mismo programa les ayudara a eliminar los rastros de ibsvc.exe en el sistema. suerte...!

I am using Kaspersky 2013 and while my PC connected to internet I have got an alarm stating that dangerous Malware: ibsvc.exe is detected and it has disinfected the malware.
Alarm is in RED and stating that DANGEROUS dropper program!!
