I had a problem on a windows 2003 server, that occasionally while using FireFox, and viewing any of the websites sites on the server I would receive the FireFox error "CONNECTION RESET" page instead. This would happen at random times, but I could not get the sites to come up until I restarted the entire server. Finally I worked it down to this service popping up on the web server and not on my PC. Once I stopped this service from running on the web server, my sites come up in FireFox just fine. I have read people complaining about this error in FireFox, but it is actually doing it's job and protecting you where the others are not stopping this service from probably spying on the website's visitors. I don't know what it's doing there and I aint go no time to figure it out. I Removed it. If it wasn't for the FireFox error this thing could have well stayed there for years. Thank You FireFox.
