Many thanks for your nice freefixer.
My grandson had downloaded a lot of malwares, toolbars etc...on his laptop. I used CCleaner but only FreeFixer could get rid of APISupport.dll and BackGroundContainer.dll missing popups.
Sorry for my bad english, regards, Alain

My APISupport was detected by F-secure virus scanner. I chose the option to delete it. The message was coming up every time I started. My system with Windows 7 was already getting irritating instable.

I deleted the file myself 'by hand'. My system seems to be more stable, that is less unexpected restarts after spontaneously closing sown.
Bu now the system asks with every start up for the file APISupport.dll like it is hooked to the program as a junky.
It makes me wonder.

When I start my computer I get an Error loading message about a file that contains TB\APISupport\APISupport.dll. It says that "the specified module cannot be found." This started just a couple days ago after a Windows Update (I've since removed all those updates). I'm running Vista Ultimate 64-bit and I use AVG for my security, which caught a couple things right after I removed the updates. I'm wondering if there is something else on my computer, that needs to be removed, that is looking for this file when I start my computer and will freefixer find the program looking for i?.
