I'm going to keep the file for now and contact Samsung to see if they can tell me why AllShareFrameworkDMS(32 bit) file uses 30% CPU or more all the time, while the AllShareFrameworkManagerDMS Monitoring DMS Service file uses 0% CPU. I think these files were installed on my laptop the first time I connected my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to it to upload and download files between the two.

@headgame: 30% CPU :( Sounds like there's some programming error in AllShareFrameworkDMS. Did you find a solution to the problem?
