Crystal Security identified this as suspicious. I looked and found the folder ,looked in its properties and there was no program associated with it as suggested here Adobe so Im going to delete it. Im a Noob for want of a better term but not silly. So its going

@Plum: The Au_.exe file name is typically used by installers/uninstallers. For future reference, it can always be useful to upload files that seems suspicious to VirusTotal.com.
