CrExtP4z.exe removal instructions

  6. Start FreeFixer and scan your computer again. If CrExtP4z.exe still remains in the scan result, proceed with the next step. If CrExtP4z.exe is gone from the scan result you're done.
  7. If CrExtP4z.exe still remains in the scan result, check its checkbox again in the scan result and click Fix.
  8. Restart your computer.
  9. Start FreeFixer and scan your computer again. Verify that CrExtP4z.exe no longer appear in the scan result.

I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7. It says two things are open. Internet Explorer and crextp4x. The last item is only that .exe . Help me please.

CrExtP4z.exe is part of a potentially unwanted program. You can uninstall it and reboot. Then try to install Flash again. Did that solve the problem?
