Don't know what to do as I cannot open most of my emails, because Flash Player Plugin keeps crushing. What am I doing wrong, help.

@Marta: It might help to disable the Flash Player plugin in your browser. I don't know which browser you are using, but if you are browsing with Mozilla Firefox, you can configure Flash under the Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins.

@Marta: Great that the plugins are up to date. Did you try to disable the Flash plugin to see if that allowed you to read your emails?

You can disable the Flash Plugin under Tools->Add-ons->Plugins by selecting "Ask to activate" or "Never activate" in the drop down menu for the Flash plugin.

I open the Plugins and clicked on Ask to activate, and it seems to work as now I could open the email I couldn't before, so I do hope it will be ok now. Many thanks Roger, you are ace. Where are you from?

@Marta: I just got your email where you asked if it is safe to download FreeFixer. Yes, it's safe. Please be careful if you select something for removal in FreeFixer. You need to be 100% sure the item is malware and not some legitimate file.
