I think it is malware.I have searched by "Search Everything"Program and manually deleted IQIYI folders and GeePlayer folders in C: Dir. Also,I have deleted all registry entries by running jv 16 Power Tools. Windows Task Manager and
"Process Hacker" do not show it.There are no video pop-ups now but my "WinPatrol Monitor" Program keeps popping up every few minutes warning me that GeePlayer.exe is trying to change some file associations.Frankly, I am fed up.

Literally one of the nastiest malware items you can attract to date. Got this bug, and it allowed in a pile of others. Permanently damaged /windows32 files, and many others. I have a friend who's a software analyst that said the amount of time required to remove and repair, I should just format. I win.

Ref above.I think it's gone now though how I don't exactly know.Probably due to the actions I mentioned above plus concerted attack by Kaspersky,Malwarebyte Anti-malware,SpybotS&D and UnHack Me. Lastly, about the persistent warning I kept on getting about " trying to change a file association" I clicked "Yes" just to see what happens, and the problem disappeared !The only change I noticed was that there were unknown icons next to my music files. So I right-clicked one file and selected " Play in VLC Player" and the unknown icons disappeared !
