A friend of mine was told he was being charged a large sum of money fo this program. When he refused they encoded a cammand that would not allow the computer to start. He said they spoke with Indian accent and disabled his computer with a ethernet encryption that stopped the power from booting. It took some time but I found it and delete the command. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL! Go to device manager and check networks. See anything that may not belong? Possibly and new adapter. Disable it and try again.
