I had the same problem as you: Downloaded some program a few days ago and it started to do suspicious stuff on my pc (opening undesired browser windows, executables appearing on the desktop, etc) so I removed it and it was back to normal. IF you are on Win10, you can go to "This PC" and click the tab "Computer", then go to "Uninstall or change a program". Search there for HPReserver, click "Uninstall/Change" and it should be done. On other OS it should be something like that too.
