Just to let everyone know what this is, LTTray.exe is the tray icon in the bottom right of your screen. It's apart of a program that monitors the persons machine and allows the people who manage your computer(probably IT) to view what's going on with the machine like is your CPU spiking or how much space does this person have left on the drive.

From the poll standpoint, if you're in a corp setting don't uninstall this it's used by your company. If you're at home using your personal computer and it has it on there then you should probably figure out why you have it, software isn't cheap and shouldn't be a reason someone at home should have it unless they stole the laptop.
