I installed Malware Bytes when my laptop slowed to a crawl and it found 30 files I quarantined. MalwareBytes was still running when I turned off the computer. When I booted up today there was a blank screen with only my virus protection check mark showing. I did CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get Task Manager and found the process MBAMWsc.exe. I'm unsure if I should end it or if hat might mess things up more. I've never had this issue in the years of using this latop and this is the only program I've installed in a long time. Thank you for your help.
