I checked the latest scan result from VirusTotal and it appears that a few of the scanners are reporting the Microstub.exe file:

* TACHYON Trojan/W32.Bsymem.160768 20190222
* Trapmine malicious.moderate.ml.score 20190123

I'm not sure if this is a false positive.

Did you also notice Microstub.exe on your machine? Is the file detected if you upload it to VirusTotal?
