I think NTRedirect.dll looks suspicious. No version information and no digital signature. And two of the anti-virus scanners at VirusTotal detects NTRedirect.dll:

* TrendMicro - TROJ_GEN.F47V0724
* AhnLab - Trojan/Win32.Agent

The file is also located in the roaming folder, which means that it will appear on all machines where the user logs in.

If anyone has additional information about NTRedirect.dll, please share by posting a comment.

I found this installed by a program called Deltra taskbar which was installed by a program to convert pdf to an image. So I have un-installed the Delta program and it's files from my computer as I did not want them installed.
