Newtabs_v9.dll looks very suspicious. Jiangmin detects the file as "Trojan/StartPage.oyb" and TrendMicro-HouseCall calls it "TROJ_GEN.F47V0826".

Anyone have some more info on the Newtabs_v9.dll file?
