I downloaded PCKeeper Live 2.2.620 from http://www.filehippo.com to my winxp laptop using firefox & received this message upon clicking run: PC KEEPER INSTALLER IS NOT A VALID WIN32 APPLICATION. Found your site when googling how to fix. This type of windows message has been a source of frustration with microsoft for years. They have the technology to provide info about how to fix these things but don't. Preferably dialog boxes to click with explanations of what's happening & associated risks. I think this is doltish. Any suggestions?

@DOUG: I'm not familiar with the PCKeeper software, but it sounds like the installer file has been damaged. Try downloading it again.
