I believe that I have a trojan virus on my laptop. Norton Power Eraser identifies PWMRT64V.DLL as a suspicious file (please note that it is not MTR but MRT). I can't find anything about the MRT file online.

@Bill: PWMRT64V.DLL sounds suspicious. Please upload your copy of PWMRT64V.DLL to see the anti-virus scanners at VirusTotal.com says about it.
