I have a new Compaq (not that Compaq or HP are responsiple), but it has 13 subfolders all of which have ONE file IN: C:\ProgramData\Temp
PostBuild.exe [the Size and DATE vary]
All of the FOLDER Date Modified are prior too my buying this computer or any software I, installed if that means anything. I plan on using a program that monitors folder activity, if it works on Win7 x64 and will report if I can gather more info.

Postbuild.exe is part of a component included with CyberLink products. I believe it is a left over installation file. I'm keeping it because I don't want to mess up my CyberLink PowerDVD.
