I can't log onto my VISTA OS computer. The SPVC32Loader.dll is missing. It appears it has become CORRUPTED. It is on the ACER 11.3 Laptop, ASPIRE, with no DVD DRIVE at all. I have a new LAPTOP now with a DVD/R, so I can create a DISC.... There is no START UP DISK that has this section, which appears to be corrupted on the HARD DRIVE, so unless I can somehow get this file readded to the START UP, the computer is USELESS. It has a 4 GB RAM and 250 Hard drive and was purchased in Dec. 2009, so I need help....

Thank you for your assistance, ahead of time. One other thing, I can't even get into SAFE MODE with or without Networking....

I have much info on the computer I need to get off and then transfer what I can to the new computer, provided I can get the ASPIRE back up and running....

Since I don't have a START UP disc for the ASPIRE, which has the VISTA OS, I need that, so I can connect to the ASPIRE by USB cable, with a DISC that has the info needed to download and repair the corrupted file.... I was told by MICROSOFT that they don't have any OS Discs that can be sent out and ACER doesn't either, so I'm really in a difficult spot.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I'm on Boothbay, Maine.

@Ted:

When you log in normally, is there any error message displayed related to SPVC32Loader.dll? Can you do anything when logging in normally, such as bringing up the Windows Task Manager, by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC?

Have you tried to boot your computer in "Safe Mode with Command Prompt"? If that did not work, did you see any error messages related to SPVC32Loader.dll?
