I dont now how i got this file onto my computer but now i cant remove it and it has a text file in the folder containing commands for something. It looks like a log file, generated by that "Universal Updater". It should be removed. You can use FreeFixer to remove the program's executable file. After that, you should be able to delete the log file manually with Explorer.
