I removed the file...i haven't received any error messages after that. Is there any possibility that deleting the file may cause problem to my system?

I think it's unlikely that removing the datamngr.dll file would cause any problems to your Windows installation. You may however see some issues when running iMesh since datamngr.dll came with the iMesh installation.
