The instructions below shows how to remove fsutil.exe with help from the FreeFixer removal tool. Basically, you install FreeFixer, scan your computer, check the fsutil.exe file for removal, restart your computer and scan it again to verify that fsutil.exe has been successfully removed. Here are the removal instructions in more detail:
- Download and install FreeFixer: http://www.freefixer.com/download.html
- Start FreeFixer and press the Start Scan button. The scan will finish in approximately five minutes.
- When the scan is finished, locate fsutil.exe in the scan result and tick the checkbox next to the fsutil.exe file. Do not check any other file for removal unless you are 100% sure you want to delete it. Tip: Press CTRL-F to open up FreeFixer's search dialog to quickly locate fsutil.exe in the scan result.

This file also goes by msdt.exe in the ieupdates folder.
it will remove special privs to not allow uninstall. The folder is automatically hidden as well. the program is a key and click logger. so if you have it on your computer after you remove it change all of your passwords everywhere. Other hidden locations created by this program as follows DNTException,IECompatCache,iecompatuaCache,IEDownloadHistory,IETldCache,PrivacIE. hope this helps everyone

Just a revision this program also includes itself into the scheduled tasks to activate itself every minutes. even if you change the setting it will reset them back to every minute. This program will not remove it but does detect it just fyi
