I'm seeing a lot of traffic right now, mostly from Europe, to this web page about gc.exe.

Bitdefender started to crash today(at least for me) and the bug report form points to this file

Never had any problem until today. Bitdefender keeps crashing and saying is a suspicious file.

Errors started for me yesterday. I just called Bitdefender support and was informed that a fix has been deployed for this issue. Updating the application (right-click in system tray and select "Update now") is supposed to correct the problem.
