For whatever reason I am being denied access to

HP Smart Web Printing Help. It indicates that I need C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\Smart Web Printing\Help\hpsmartprint.chm

I hope thisworks because I am denied access to HP Solution Center as well
