Found mgusb.exe popping in and out on the list of processes in Task Manager. It was causing a spasam of memory usage, averaging around 50%. Tried to click on it to end task but would not high light. Googled mgusb.exe found your site and this info 'C:\Program Files\Mobogenie\' went to this location. Found the folder and tried to delete it. Wouldn't do it. So I started deleting the individual files in the folder and found the remove file. Yahoo yepie. Clicked on it and the rest is history. Task Manager now quiet as it should be when idling. Thanks for the clue.
