Well Roger I am not sure yet about your product. I Google'd it up to see what I could find out. It has been in my task.mgr for a little while, there seems to be know damage to my gaming system. Except for the Vista Rating system giving me a lower RAM score. Could that have anything to with fix it repairing my system in a manner that lowered the need for my 4GB's to work at premium. Would like to here from a programmer like you.

NvXDSync.exe is signed by NVIDIA Corporation so it is safe to run. From what I read on the NVIDIA forum NvXDSync.exe must run in the background if you want to start the NVIDIA Control Panel to change the display settings.
