My Laptop have RTKAUDIOSERVICE.exe (RTKAUDIOSERVICE is in capslock and i dont know if it is a malware or not since every googling search only up with RtkAudioService or in small size and mine is in all Capslock... please help and thank you in advance)

Lower or upper case does not matter. However, please verify that your file is digitally signed by "Realtek Semiconductor Corp". If so, the file can be trusted.

You can verify that by right-clicking on the file, select Properties and click on the Digital Signatures tab.
