RunSW seems to be from REALTEK Semiconductor Corp.
It creates a (huge) log file \Windows\RunSW.log
First line in my RunSW.log (created one month ago, and is now 106.574.666 bytes) reads:

On the date when RunSW.exe was installed, I have installed or updated REALTEK Wireless LAN Driver ver. 1.00.0230 and REALTEK Wireless LAN and Bluetooth Driver ver. 1.04.0213 on my LENOVO IdeaPad Yoga 13.

Can I just remove it by deleting it straight from the C:\Windows folder? It is apparently using 1% of my CPU constantly and causing my mouse cursor to flash non-stop every 2 to 3 seconds.

surely this is not relevant any longer. It is a driver you choose to add to the system after purchasing this china made (not being offensive BTW,but don't want them having their hands into' my pc than they already do :) wireless-wifi-USB-adapter supposedly and sold for windows vista to 10 computers without wireless capabilities. Useless, product and at least didn't work for me whatsoever.For an older pc, as were drivers. Didn't know these capabilities were in computers back to me, 98, etc., but is what this adapter named in it's pamphlet Took a hassle to remove finally and isn't necessary unless you keep the pos USB wifi adapter.
