I know exactly what this is. It's a program that takes screenshots & lets you edit them, also saving them so you can share them by sending a URL & without using email or giving out any personal info.
It is absolutely safe.
This is the setup app for it I uninstalled the program because it blocks normal screenshots from being taken, becoming the default.
With this app I can reinstall it at will & it uninstalls just as easily & completely over & over.
