I have deleted shopper pro by going into program file folder and deleted everything except spbiu.exe. When I try to delete the program I get a message:
Shopper pro is being updated, please close the file and try again

So, I have been unable to delete the file

@NAQUVI: Give FreeFixer a try if you like. It should be able to delete spbiu.exe.
