Hej Roger!
Jag vet inte om min fråga tillhör ditt område,men jag får ofta upp en liten ruta där jag ombedes att ladda ner olika filer för att min dator har ett hot och att den är framförallt trög ibland, inte alltid. Det va så jag hamnade här på din sida, för jag blir så frustrerad varje gång jag använder min dator så händer detta, med att dessa rutor poppar upp. I våras hade jag min dator inne två gånger hos en datorfirma och de rensade och laddade upp ett virusprogram ESET NOD. När jag nu får meddelanden eller går in och kollar på vilket skydd som min dator har,så står det att jag inte har någon windows brandvägg den är bortkopplad,men jag har två virusprogram.

Det är flera irritationsmoment på min dator,så som detta nedan:

När jag t.ex tar bort meddelanden i min e-post på spray, som jag använder mig av, så kommer de tillbaka när jag går in på sidan igen.Jag tar ju bort dem för att slippa läsa allt.

Vad gör ditt Free Fixer med datorn??? Jag är så skeptisk mot allt detta som dyker upp...Vad händer med min dator om jag kör det programmet? Jag är tämligen luttrad efter vårens rensning av en som är it-tekniker och som dessutom kostade mig en massa pengar till väldigt liten nytta.

Angående rutan som föreslår att du ska ladda ner program eller filer. Om den där rutan dyker upp när du surfar på websidor som vanligtvis inte har såna påträngande annonser så är min gissning att du ovetandes har ett annonseringsprogram installerat på din dator. Mitt förslag är ladda ner någon typ av automatiserat anti-malware program, kanske "MalwareBytes" som är gratis, eller att undersöka datorn manuellt med FreeFixer som också är gratis, eller motsvarande verktyg.

Låter konstigt att din Windows-brandvägg är avstängd om meddelandet om detta också nyligen dykt upp och inte i samband med att du fick hjälp av datorfirman. Windows-brandväggen bör vara på, om du inte har installerat en annan brandvägg såklart.

Hur man löser problemet på Spray vet jag inte.

Angående FreeFixer, det är ett verktyg som man använder i två steg. Steg ett är att den skannar genom datorn och visar upp en logg, där man kan se vad som körs på din datorn. Man kan klicka sig vidare få mer info om varje fil. Loggen kan också sparas ner på disk och skickas iväg till nån bekant som letar efter misstänkta filer.

Steg 2 är att FreeFixer kan ta bort filer som användaren väljer. Detta bör man bara göra om man är 100% säker på att filen verkligen ska tas bort.
