Just a quick post before going back to working on FreeFixer<\/a>. Found a “Google Chrome<\/strong>” download this morning, digitally signed by\u00a0Smart Secure Software S.l.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The problem is that it was not an official Chrome download. The setup file bundled a large number of potentially unwanted programs, such as GridMonetize<\/strong><\/a>, IStartSurf<\/a>, PepperZip<\/a>, Severe Weather Alerts<\/a>, Wajam, Browser App<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and CostMin<\/a>, as shown in the screenshots below:\"IstartSurf<\/a> \"GridMonetize<\/a> \"CostMin<\/a><\/p>\n
