Getting lots of pop-up ads from\u00a0wwu.bouffebasculetimeous.com<\/strong>? If you have been following my posts here on the blog for the last week you know that I’ve been documenting the domain names that appears in pop-ups launched by adware installed on user machines.<\/p>\n

Adware<\/strong>, that is probably why you are getting these\u00a0wwu.bouffebasculetimeous.com<\/strong> pop-ups. I removed the\u00a0wwu.bouffebasculetimeous.com<\/strong>\u00a0ads by using the freeware tool\u00a0FreeFixer<\/a> to uninstalling two adwares that was installed on my machine. The first was called TinyWallet<\/a> and the other was named BlockAndSurf<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I think that other variants of adware can launch these pop-ups. Please keep that in mind while examining your computer for the unwanted software.<\/p>\n

If you had to remove something else than BlockAndSurf<\/strong> or TinyWallet<\/strong>, please post a comment below to help other users in the same situation.<\/p>\n

I also tried to get some more information about the\u00a0bouffebasculetimeous.com<\/strong> domain using a WHOIS lookup<\/a>, but the domain is protected by the\u00a0WHOISGUARD company \ud83d\ude41 wwu.bouffebasculetimeous.com<\/strong> resolves to the\u00a037.58.101.202 and\u00a037.58.101.203\u00a0IP address.<\/p>\n
