There&#8217;s no use contacting the owners of the web site you currently were browsing. The adsdelivery1.com status bar messages are not coming from them. I&#8217;ll try help you to <strong>remove the adsdelivery1.com<\/strong> status bar messages in this blog post.<\/p>\n<p>I found adsdelivery1.com on one of the lab systems where I have some potentially unwanted programs running. I&#8217;ve talked about this in some of the previous blog posts. The potentially unwanted programs was installed on purpose, and from time to time I check if something new has appeared, such as pop-up windows, new tabs in the browsers, injected ads on website that usually don&#8217;t show ads, or if some new files have been saved to the hard-drive.<\/p>\n<p>adsdelivery1.com resolves to 212.124.117.243. adsdelivery1.com was registered on 2013-11-14. The whois info for the domain is protected by\u00a0Domains By Proxy, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>So, how do you <strong>remove adsdelivery1.com<\/strong> from your browser? On the machine where adsdelivery1.com showed up in the status bar I had <a title=\"Remove NetMon - netmon.exe Removal Instructions\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/remove-netmon-netmon-exe-removal-instructions\/\">NetMon<\/a> and <a title=\"Remove Jelbrus Secure Web Adware\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/remove-jelbrus-secure-web-adware\/\">Jelbrus Secure Web<\/a> installed. I removed them with <a title=\"About FreeFixer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/about-freefixer\/\">FreeFixer<\/a> and that stopped the browser from loading data from adsdelivery1.com.<\/p>\n<p>It seems as adsdelivery1.com is getting quite a lot of traffic, based on Alexa&#8217;s traffic rank:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/adsdelivery1.com-traffic.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6281\" src=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/adsdelivery1.com-traffic.png\" alt=\"adsdelivery1.com traffic\" width=\"606\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/adsdelivery1.com-traffic.png 606w, https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/adsdelivery1.com-traffic-300x150.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 606px) 100vw, 606px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The issue with this type of status bar message is that it can be caused by many variants of potentially unwanted programs, not just the potentially unwanted program on my machine. This makes it impossible to say exactly what you need to remove to stop the statusbar messages.<\/p>\n<p>So, what can be done to solve the problem? To remove adsdelivery1.com you need to review your system for potentially unwanted programs and uninstall them. Here&#8217;s my suggested removal procedure:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Examine what programs you have installed in the Add\/Remove programs dialog in the Windows Control Panel. Do you see something that you don&#8217;t remember installing or that was recently installed?<\/li>\n<li>You can also check the add-ons you have in your browsers. Same thing here, do you see something that you don&#8217;t remember installing?<\/li>\n<li>If that didn&#8217;t help, you can give <a title=\"More info on FreeFixer and download link here\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/about-freefixer\/\">FreeFixer<\/a> a try. FreeFixer is built to assist users when manually tracking down potentially unwanted programs. It is a freeware utility that I&#8217;ve been working since 2006 and it scans your machine at lots of locations where unwanted software is known to hook into your system.
