Then you have the <strong>NewPlayer adware<\/strong> on your machine. The two types of NewPlayer ads that I&#8217;ve seen is a standard banner (to the left), and the <a title=\"Nav-Links Ads \u2013 Uninstall Instructions\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/remove-nav-links-ads\/\">Nav-Links<\/a> roll-over ad type (to the right), as shown in the screenshot below.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/newplayer-ads-by-newplayer.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-727 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/newplayer-ads-by-newplayer.png\" alt=\"Ads by NewPlayer\" width=\"638\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/newplayer-ads-by-newplayer.png 638w, https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/newplayer-ads-by-newplayer-300x102.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 638px) 100vw, 638px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Removing NewPlayer a one minute job with <a title=\"About FreeFixer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/about-freefixer\/\">FreeFixer<\/a>. All you need to do is to selected the NewPlayer files for removal, and then hit the Fix button. The filenames for NewPlayer can vary somewhat. In my case they were called\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/library\/file\/NewPlayerFT171.exe-128566\/\">NewPlayerFT171.exe<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/library\/file\/NewPlayerV40.exe-128650\/\">NewPlayerV40.exe<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/library\/file\/NewPlayerLwruQw.exe-128563\/\">NewPlayerLwruQw.exe<\/a>. I&#8217;m sure you can identify them on your computer.
