I fixed the srtsp64.sys blue screen error by uninstalling Norton 360.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SRTSP64.SYS-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7426\" src=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SRTSP64.SYS-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.png\" alt=\"SRTSP64.SYS PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA\" width=\"847\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SRTSP64.SYS-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.png 847w, https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SRTSP64.SYS-PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA-300x181.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 847px) 100vw, 847px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I got this blue screen repeatedly, a few minutes after booting my\u00a0Windows 8 machine. I figured out that SRTSP64.SYS was a <strong>Symantec driver<\/strong> by looking in regedit, where it appeared with the &#8220;<strong>Symantec Real Time Storage Protection x64<\/strong>&#8221; name.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/srtsp64.sys-symantec-protection-driver.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7428\" src=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/srtsp64.sys-symantec-protection-driver.png\" alt=\"srtsp64.sys symantec protection driver\" width=\"781\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/srtsp64.sys-symantec-protection-driver.png 781w, https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/srtsp64.sys-symantec-protection-driver-300x120.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 781px) 100vw, 781px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I fixed the\u00a0<strong>PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA \/ SRTSP64.sys\u00a0blue screen\u00a0<\/strong>by first restarting the machine into <a href=\"http:\/\/windows.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7\">safe mode<\/a>, and then I uninstalled Norton 360 from the Windows Control Panel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Norton-360-uninstall1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7427\" src=\"http:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Norton-360-uninstall1.png\" alt=\"Norton 360 uninstall\" width=\"611\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Norton-360-uninstall1.png 611w, https:\/\/www.freefixer.com\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Norton-360-uninstall1-300x82.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 611px) 100vw, 611px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Did that help you solve the\u00a0SRTSP64.sys\u00a0bluescreen problem?
